Thank you for choosing Haven Inn for your stay. We value our guests and strive to provide a smooth booking experience. If you need to cancel your reservation, please review our cancellation and refund policy below.

Key Policy Summary

Cancellations made at least 2 days prior to the check-in date are eligible for a full refund (100%) of the total booking amount. Cancellations made within 2 days of the check-in date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Guests may cancel their booking subject to the following terms:

Refund Process

Once a cancellation request is approved, refunds will be processed according to the payment method used during booking.

Online Payments (PayHere)

For bookings paid online through PayHere:

• Eligible refunds will be processed directly through the PayHere refund system.

• The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the booking.

• Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Bank Transfer Refunds

For eligible refunds requiring manual processing:

• Refunds will be issued by the Haven Inn administration team via bank transfer.

• Guests may be required to provide accurate bank account details, including:

* Account Holder Name

* Bank Name

* Branch Name

* Account Number

• Please ensure all banking information provided is correct, as Haven Inn will not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect account details.

Refund Eligibility

Refund eligibility is determined based on the cancellation date in relation to the scheduled check-in date:

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be applicable in the following circumstances:

• Failure to check in without prior cancellation (No-show bookings)

• Providing incorrect booking details that affect reservation confirmation

• Refund delays caused by incorrect bank account information provided by the guest

Processing Time

• Refund requests will be reviewed after the cancellation is confirmed.

• PayHere refunds will be processed based on PayHere and banking timelines.

• Bank transfer refunds will generally be processed within 3–7 business days after approval.
