1. Use of the Website

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during the booking, registration, and payment process.

You may not use our website for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
e.
Haven Inn reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these Terms & Conditions.
2. Booking Information and Availability
a.
We strive to provide accurate room descriptions, images, pricing, amenities, and availability information. However, we do not guarantee that all information will always be completely accurate or error-free.
b.
Room availability is subject to change and is not guaranteed until the booking has been successfully confirmed and payment has been received.
c.
Haven Inn reserves the right to correct pricing errors, booking details, or technical mistakes at any time.
d.
Special offers, discounts, and promotional rates may be subject to separate terms and limited availability.
3. Reservations and Payments
a.
By making a reservation on our website, you are requesting to book accommodation at Haven Inn under the selected dates and booking terms.
b.
All bookings are subject to confirmation and payment verification.
c.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or reject any booking for reasons including but not limited to:

Payment failure
•
Incorrect pricing or technical errors
•
Suspected fraudulent activity
•
Unavailability of rooms
•
Violation of hotel policies
d.
Guests agree to provide valid and up-to-date payment information and authorize Haven Inn to charge the total booking amount using the selected payment method.
e.
Online payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment gateways such as PayHere. Haven Inn does not store full payment card details.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
a.
Guests are required to present valid identification during check-in.
b.
Standard check-in and check-out times are subject to hotel policy and booking confirmation details.
c.
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
5. Cancellation and Refunds
a.
Haven Inn's Cancellation & Refund Policy governs all cancellations and refund requests.
b.
Cancellation terms:
•
Cancellations made at least 2 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund (100%).
•
Cancellations made within 2 days of check-in, on the check-in date, or after will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking value.
c.
Refunds for online payments will be processed through PayHere where applicable, or by bank transfer through Haven Inn administration.

6. Guest Responsibilities
Guests agree to:

Use hotel rooms and facilities responsibly
•
Comply with hotel rules, safety requirements, and staff instructions
•
Avoid causing damage, disturbance, or illegal activity on hotel premises
•
Be responsible for any damages caused during their stay
Haven Inn reserves the right to charge guests for damages, losses, or violations of hotel policies.
7. No-Show Policy
If a guest fails to arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior cancellation, the booking may be treated as a No-Show, and refund eligibility may be affected according to the Cancellation Policy.
8. Intellectual Property
a.
All content on the Haven Inn website, including but not limited to text, logos, images, graphics, booking system design, and website content, is the property of Haven Inn or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
b.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any website content without prior written permission from Haven Inn.
9. Limitation of Liability
a.
Haven Inn shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from:

Use of our website
•
Booking failures caused by technical issues
•
Delays or interruptions beyond our control
•
Guest losses, damages, or inconvenience related to third-party services
b.
Haven Inn does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the website and is not responsible for system outages, payment gateway failures, or internet-related disruptions.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Haven Inn website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
11. Amendments and Termination
Haven Inn reserves the right to modify, update, suspend, or terminate these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Sri Lankan courts.
